CRHZ – Bees
The owner of a bee colony is a natural person, a natural person – entrepreneur, or a legal entity that owns at least one bee colony.
The commencement and termination of bee colony keeping and the establishment and dissolution of a bee colony site shall be notified to the regionally competent regional veterinary and food administration within seven days according to the site location.
Registration or cancellation of bee colony keeping, the establishment and dissolution of a bee colony site shall be reported to the central register of farm animals on the prescribed form within seven days of approval by the regional veterinary and food administration.
A bee colony site is the location where the bee colony is situated during the honey flow or where it overwinters.
Migratory beekeeping is the movement of a bee colony in pursuit of plant or animal honey flow for pollination and the production of honey or other bee products.
Movement of a bee colony is the relocation of a bee colony for transfer of ownership or the relocation of a bee colony between bee colony sites.
